Heading up our team is Allen Grieco, our President. Originally from Upstate NY, Allen has devoted more than 30 years of his life to manufacturing and sales.

His extensive knowledge spans metal die casting, extrusion, forming, machining, powdered metal, plastics injection molding, fabrication, structural foam, web molding, thermoforming, and vinyl dipping among others. With a solid background in business, Allen is adept at collaborating with customers to discover and execute the most efficient improvement ideas.

Before joining Quest Engineered Sales, Allen held positions at General Motors and Anscott Engineering Co. His academic credentials include an AS in Business Administration from SUNY Cobleskill and an AS in Speech from SUNY Brockport. Beyond his professional life, Allen is passionate about supporting social causes such as Doctors Without Borders and is a keen track and field athlete, having won his first gold medal in the 200M dash at the 2012 State Games in Ohio.

Also on our team is Steve Burton, our Sales Engineering Manager. Steve brings over 30 years of manufacturing experience to the table. Starting his career in Precision Sheet Metal Manufacturing, he later delved into Program Management and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering. His expertise encompasses design for manufacturability, process selection, supplier selection, target costing, prototyping, and production implementation.

Before joining our team, Steve worked at Eastman Kodak and NexPress. He holds an AAS in Electro-Mechanical Technology from RIT, a BS in Organizational Management from Roberts Wesleyan, and an MS in Manufacturing Management and Leadership from RIT. In his spare time, Steve enjoys fishing, hiking, and officiating high school and college wrestling. He is a 30-year member of the Wrestling Officials Association of Section Five and currently serves as its President.
